Job Descriptions

• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with project goals.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure QA standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Draft and maintain QA policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure all objectives are met.
• Identify and remedy defects in the production process.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and manage team performance.
  
  

Skills Required

• 6+ years in Software Test Automation & QA
• Team leadership & mentoring skills
• CI/CD Pipelines : Hands-on experience in continuous integration/delivery
• Monitoring & Observability : Experience with monitoring and logging systems
