Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a servant-leader for Agile teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving their goals.
• Track and report on team performance using Agile metrics.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective :
• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
• Background in software development or IT projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
