Job Description :

AL Riyadh travel and tourism Company considered one of the 10 largest travel and tourism companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It provides all travel and tourism services with high expertise to all companies, government, and private sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to serve as the primary support liaison for our sub-agents. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre), excellent knowledge of airline procedures, and the ability to manage refund/modification processes and EDM analysis efficiently.

Key Requirements:

1. GDS Proficiency:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus and Sabre systems.
• Full command of reservation, ticketing, issuance, refund, reissue, and void processes.

1. Ticketing and Refunds:

• Advanced skills in handling ticket refunds, reissues, modifications, and troubleshooting irregularities.

1. Airline Regulations:

• In-depth knowledge of airline policies, IATA rules, and interline agreements.
• Ability to interpret and communicate carrier instructions and circulars.

1. EDM Analysis:

• Proven experience in analyzing Electronic Document Management (ADM) reports.
• Capable of identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions.

1. Technical & Communication Tools:

• Proficient in using email, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business for operational communication.
• Familiarity with RTS or sub-agent management platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
