Location: Feltham

Salary: Up to 40,000 + Bi-Annual Bonus

A leading freight forwarding company is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to manage air shipments, handle export documentation, and liaise with clients, airlines, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air export shipments from booking to delivery
• Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs clearance, etc.)
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with clients, airlines, and overseas agents
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in air export operations (freight forwarding preferred)
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation & customs procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Cargowise experience is a plus)
