Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML/GenAI (Systems) Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI solutions, while also supporting application development and maintenance in a Microsoft technology stack environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating business needs into technical execution, architecting scalable AI frameworks, and delivering robust .NET-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML/GenAI Architecture:

• Define and oversee the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and architectural vision.
• Translate business objectives into realistic, scalable AI/ML/GenAI implementations.
• Architect AI Engineering frameworks for managing and deploying ML models and GenAI solutions.
• Select suitable AI technologies and tools to integrate with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot use cases and refine system architecture.
• Ensure ethical and secure implementation of AI technologies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline standardization for AI/ML projects.
• Guide AI product managers on capabilities and constraints of AI.
• Conduct research and innovation to scale AI/ML features.
• Build tools for data ingestion, feature engineering, and data governance.

Application Development & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.Net, VB.Net, and C#.
• Work within Microsoft SQL Server environments (2008 to 2017).
• Create and manage SSIS and PGP packages.
• Write optimized stored procedures, triggers, and manage scheduled jobs.
• Design and develop data models, web services, and IIS packages.
• Perform regular application maintenance and performance tuning.
• Use Team Foundation Server for source control and project tracking.
• Ensure adherence to client’s coding standards and the Information Systems Methodology.
• Create system documentation and data dictionaries.
• Conduct system analysis and data conversion when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#).
• Strong experience in SQL Server (2008–2017), SSIS, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/GenAI technologies and frameworks.
• Experience creating scalable AI/ML pipelines and deploying GenAI models.
• Strong analytical and system design skills.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server, SQL Prompt & SQL Compare.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and business teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML tools and services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
• Familiarity with ethical AI standards and data security practices.
• Prior experience in public sector or enterprise IT environments.
