Key Responsibilities

• POC Development Leadership:
• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the AI/ML domain, driving experimentation and feasibility studies.
• Innovative Solution Design:
• Architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging generative AI, knowledge graphs, and other emerging technologies to address complex business challenges.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Scope and Objective Definition:
• Define project scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria for POC initiatives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic business goals.
• Cloud Platform Expertise:
• Build and optimize scalable, high-performance AI/ML solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  
  

Technical Skills

Proficiency with AI/ML & Generative AI tools.

Expertise in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

At least 3 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

Technology Evaluation:

Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and cloud services to optimize solution performance and scalability.

Thought Leadership

Develop blogs and whitepapers on digital transformation and digital reinvention across various client segments.

Project Experience

Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI-based implementation.

Experience in machine learning applications for hiring process improvement and predictive analytics for manufacturing processes.

Professional Experience

At least 4 years in AI/ML roles.

Certifications

AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty or equivalent.
