AI/ML Platform Architect/Senior Engineer

We’re looking for an AI/ML Platform Architect or Senior Engineer to help develop and optimize AI/ML platform capabilities. This role involves strategic advising, mentoring teams, and driving the successful execution of platform-building efforts for clients across Europe.

Mandatory Skills:

• AI/ML Engineering, MLOps, AI/ML platform architecture
• Generative AI, Langchain, SageMaker, Python
• Experience with big data processing frameworks (PySpark, Apache Flink, Snowflake)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML platform strategy, scalability, and enterprise adoption
• Guide POCs and deployments of GenAI/Agentic AI tools
• Mentor teams to execute platform development projects
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and apply them to business challenges

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering and platform development
• Expertise in AI/ML platform architecture and MLOps
• Hands-on with cloud-based frameworks (AWS SageMaker, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs, working with vector databases, and multi-modal AI
