Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and implement machine learning models and algorithms
  • Implement and optimize AI and ML solutions
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
  • Tune and improve model performance and accuracy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies
  • Document and maintain AI/ML models, experiments, and processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

  • Active TS/SCI with current polygraph
  • Have at least 5 years of AI/ML expertise and experience in developing intelligent algorithms capable of learning, analyzing and predicting future events, turning those algorithms into AI models and systems, and then testing and maintaining them
  • Ability to demonstrate use large data sets to research, develop and generate algorithms that can learn and assess, analyze, and organize data, execute tests, and optimize the learning process to help develop high performance ML models
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related quantitative science field

Qualifications Desired

  • Master’s degree in engineering or related quantitative science field
  • Experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs
  • Experience with cloud development processes
  • Experience with industry system engineering practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership
