What you’ll own (and we mean own):

✅ Architect and build cutting-edge RAG pipelines and Generative AI models that don’t just work — they wow.

✅ Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains; we’re talking meaningful, business-critical work.

✅ Build scalable, production-grade backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI) — no science projects here.

✅ Ship ML features end-to-end — from data to model to production.

✅ Collaborate with a sharp, no-ego team of product managers, engineers, and founders who value speed, ownership, and impact over politics and process.

✅ Write clean, scalable, tested code that you’re proud to demo (and that future teammates will thank you for).

What makes you a great fit:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer or Software Engineer with AI/ML focus.
• Strong Python skills and backend development experience (Django, FastAPI).
• Solid experience with RAG systems, LLMs, and generative models — Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, you name it.
• Comfortable deploying ML models to production, not just notebooks.
• Strong grasp of vector databases, embeddings, RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving chops and a collaborative, get-things-done attitude.
