Starting with the role:


We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.


During your day you will:


  • Build, train, and fine-tunes machine learning models, including Generative AI solutions, to solve diverse business problems effectively.
  • Deploy AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Enhance models’ performance by implementing techniques to reduce latency, improve accuracy, and optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor models’ performance, address production issues, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Optimize costs of Generative AI models by benchmarking various LLMs, selecting efficient algorithms, managing cloud resources, preprocessing and augmenting data, optimizing models, deploying with containers and microservices.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommends their integration into the organization’s AI strategy.


What you need to stand out:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other related fields
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or other related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Microsoft technology stack, Azure, C#, python, preferably within the energy industry
  • Extensive experience developing reasonably complex, high-quality software over multiple years and maintaining it in production environments
  • Strong expertise in areas such as AI, LLM, deep learning, reinforcement learning and generative AI models
  • Understanding of IT project management and development principles and related methodologies (e.g. Agile)
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages
  • Passion for innovation and driving impactful solutions in the energy sector
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented environment and meet deadlines
