Apple's WW Channel Sales Programs (CSP) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSP team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. We are looking for a candidate to manage the ongoing roll-out of a new generation AI/ML tool that aims to provide a platform for unified performance analytics of our channel programs. The candidate should have a passion for Apple, technology, analytics, and the customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently. Being self-disciplined and proactive is a must for this position.- Develop deep understanding of CSO processes and operational understanding of CSO Programs. * Execute end-to-end engagement plan for one of our Channel Next Generation AI/ML Programs related to Performance Analytics, engaging cross functionally with the CSO Product team, WW Sales Finance Teams, CSO Programs team and Geo teams. * Develop a good understanding of Channel Programs health metrics and ensure they are accurately reflected on the new platform. * Ensure performance KPIs are aligned and agreed across all the CSO programs teams. * Execute all geo related aspects of the Next Generation AI/ML Program, from the earliest stages of pilot through to all subsequent expansion waves. * Work cross functionally to deliver all vital program sell-ins with the geos teams across sales and finance. * Manage all geo-facing operations projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitor and report on process, progress, and results. * Lead the roll out strategy and co-develop expansion proposals with SME teams. * Ensure leadership, as well as key stakeholders, have consistent access to and understanding of progress, roadblocks, and reporting against key milestones and goals.3+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred Proven understanding of business KPIs Mastery in stakeholder engagement and communications across leadership and partner teams; track record of understanding their business problems and documenting them in a brief that can be handed over to the Product team BS/MS degree preferredArray
