Job Description

The AI/ML Cloud Engineer (Azure) position is a contract role focused on developing and sustaining an Azure-based platform dedicated to AI services for a Government Technology client. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to oversee the development, modernization, and migration of AI workloads, ensuring security, scalability, and performance in a multi-cloud environment.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

5+ years of experience in designing, building, and monitoring Azure infrastructure.

Proven experience in implementing Azure AI/ML solutions and deploying models.

Experience with cloud management and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Experience with AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.,

Certifications: Azure Certified Solutions Architect and Azure Certified Machine Learning.

Nice-to-haves

Knowledge of Kubernetes and other container orchestration platforms is preferred.,

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
