Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO & Tax Architect to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO and Tax modules, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English to effectively liaise between the local team in Argentina and clients across North America and globally. Strong Bilingual (Spanish & English) communication skills are essential for gathering requirements and translating technical specifications for clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SAP FICO and Tax solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborate with the Argentine team and global clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the local team. Ensure compliance with global tax regulations and standards within SAP systems. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for performance improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO and Tax modules. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong communication skills in English for client interactions and technical documentation. Expertise in designing and implementing SAP solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with global tax regulations and compliance standards. Preferred Skills: Experience working with North American clients. Knowledge of additional SAP modules is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
