Key Responsibilities:

• Define the AI platform’s architecture, vision, and technical strategy.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines and agent-based AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models for automation, personalization, and insights.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data into AI workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Set up governance, security, and compliance frameworks for AI usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI Tech Lead or ML Engineer in production environments (over 6 years)
• Deep understanding of deep learning, LLMs, Transformers, RAG, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
• Strong Python skills; expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment practices.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business needs and lead AI teams effectively.
