Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures using models and providers like OpenAI, Azure, or Hugging Face.
• Design and oversee AI integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Azure AI) or custom component development
• Support pre-sales by assessing client needs and proposing AI-driven solutions
• Guide the design of RAG pipelines and data flows (e.g. LangChain, vector DBs)
• Plan integrations with existing systems (CRM, ERP) while optimizing cost and quality
• Ensure data security and compliance (e.g. GDPR, encryption, access control)
• Provide AI and tech-related consultation, demos, and presentations
• Monitor emerging technologies and build prototypes for generative AI use cases

Requirements

• Experience with API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL) and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of LLM-based frameworks (e.g. LangChain) and vector databases
• Strong understanding of RAG pipeline principles and scalable data workflows
• Ability to lead teams, oversee planning, and to make strategic decisions regarding the technology stack.
• Experience building prototypes and strong knowledge of database design
• Familiarity with pricing models of external AI services and cost optimization techniques
• Deep awareness of security and compliance risks in AI system design
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate between business and tech stakeholders
• Confident in making solution-level decisions with both client and company interests in mind
