Overview

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join the Dig.ai Algorithms team.

The role focuses on both software engineering and applied algorithms — using recent advances in LLM to develop new features and products. Recent projects include building a customer-facing agent, integrating and optimizing multiple LLMs and building internal agents and tools.

This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge LLM technologies, deploy impactful solutions in production, and shape the future of AI-driven features and products at dig.ai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, development and evaluation of algorithms in production. Translating product requirements to scalable solutions, while collaborating with backend and frontend teams.

• Enhance production algorithms, making there more cost-effective and with lower latency.

• The focus of this role is to use LLMs/Agents to solve business problems, not to train/fine-tune a new LLM

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in CS (preferred) or EE from a top known university with focus on software engineering.

• At least 5 years of hands-on industry experience in engineering to production (3+ years with M.Sc)

• At least 1 year of experience working with LLM-based applications or other NLP algorithms in production.

• Experience working on products in cloud environment (aws/azure/gcp or similar )

• Very strong python programming skills and software engineering methodologies.

• English proficiency

• Preferred: Recent experience with LLM-related libraries and technologies.
