Job Description
Tario (available at www.tario.ai) is an
Agentic AI-powered sales outreach platform designed to function like a top-performing SDR (Sales Development Representative). It automates personalized, multi-channel outreach with precision and context, primarily targeting enterprise sales teams.
It acts proactively like a digital sales rep—it understands goals, makes decisions, adjusts strategies, and engages prospects autonomously. It’s built to deliver
continuous, nuanced communication that adapts in real time.
We are looking for a skilled and driven AI Product UX Designer with hands-on experience in implementing real-world AI solutions
Key Roles And Responsibilities
This isn’t a typical UX role. Our product is built on top of LLMs and agentic AI—so you won’t just design screens, you’ll design
how users interact with intelligent, autonomous agents.
- Define and own end-to-end UX for AI-powered features like smart inboxes, dynamic outreach flows, and meeting-booking agents.
- Shape how users collaborate with autonomous systems: What should the agent show, say, or ask? How do we explain what it’s doing and why?
- Translate complex automation into interfaces that feel simple, clear, and trustworthy.
- Build patterns for AI intent visualization, error handling, explainability, and feedback loops.
- Design for partial user control—where humans guide and correct agents, rather than micromanage them.
- Talk to users, prototype quickly, and iterate based on real feedback.
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and ML researchers to bring new features to life..
Job Requirement
- 2–4 years of UX/product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tools.
- Portfolio showing strong UX thinking, system design, and UI craft—bonus for AI or data-rich use cases.
- Interest in how LLMs and autonomous agents work, even if you’re not technical.
- Experience designing for AI-generated content, predictive suggestions, or dynamic user journeys.
- Thoughtful about edge cases, failure modes, and how to help users trust (or override) AI decisions.
- Understanding of interaction transparency, trust cues, and intent signaling in AI systems.
- Clear communicator who can synthesize user needs and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization, fast iterations, and bias for action.
Good To Have
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Exposure to conversational UX, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
- Comfort working in early-stage environments—messy, fast-moving, and high ownership.
- Technical curiosity or a background that helps you bridge design and engineering.
Five Reasons You Should Join Tario
- AI-Powered Work: Design for systems that interact intelligently and autonomously, not just traditional interfaces.
- High-Impact Work: Shape how users collaborate with AI agents that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Fast-paced, Early-Stage Growth: High ownership, fast iterations, and the chance to impact the core user experience.
- AI & UX at the Cutting Edge: Work with state-of-the-art AI systems that change how users engage with tech.
- Unique Opportunity: Work at the intersection of UX and AI, designing for autonomous agents.
