We are hiring a AI Operations & Product Associate to work directly with the CEO on the most critical areas of our business: product development, client onboarding, and implementation of AI-powered tools for public companies.
This is a high-trust, hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, structured writing skills, and fluency in AI system behavior. You’ll help define how AI agents behave, document product requirements, configure and test new client deployments, and support the development of internal systems and processes that scale with the business.
You won’t be responsible for writing code—but you should have a technical education, strong understanding of RAG-based AI architectures, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to how our platform functions. You should also be comfortable working with structured data and bring experience in accounting, modeling, or structured operational roles.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working across disciplines, and wants to help shape how AI systems are deployed in the real world.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
- Work directly with the CEO to help define new AI features, product workflows, and agent behaviors.
- Write clear internal documents: functional requirements, input/output logic, fallback handling, and prompt guidelines.
- Analyze AI responses to identify gaps in tone, factual grounding, retrieval, and output structure.
- Contribute to the development of structured templates and prompt coverage strategies.
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Support onboarding of new clients by configuring AI agents using internal tools (document ingestion, metadata tagging, prompt assignment).
- Review early outputs to validate correctness, tone, and retrieval performance.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and track configuration status across accounts.
- Coordinate with the development team to report issues and confirm fixes during onboarding.
Internal Systems & Process Design
- Help define and document SOPs for onboarding, QA testing, prompt tracking, and deployment workflows.
- Assist in building internal tools (checklists, trackers, configuration logs) that support repeatable success across deployments.
- Propose and implement process improvements as you identify bottlenecks or gaps.
Evaluation Testing & R&D Support
- Run structured evaluation cycles for new clients and new prompt designs.
- Identify performance issues across different AI configurations (model settings, retrieval coverage, fallback behavior).
- Help test and analyze variations in model output quality across different contexts and applications.
What You Bring
Required
- A technical education in programming, data systems, or software development (college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience).
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools, including large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and how RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems function.
- Experience or education in accounting, financial modeling, or structured data analysis—comfortable with spreadsheets, source verification, and logical flows.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills—you can turn ideas into clear specs, test plans, and internal references.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail—you’re comfortable evaluating AI behavior, identifying inconsistencies, and structuring feedback.
- A bias toward action—you work independently, adapt quickly, and enjoy solving unstructured problems.
Preferred
- Experience in accounting, financial ops, QA, or technical documentation roles.
- Familiarity with investor relations, financial disclosures, or public company operations (e.g., SEDAR, EDGAR).
- Exposure to prompt engineering strategies, AI system evaluation, or product operations in an early-stage startup.
Why This Role Matters
This is a foundational role in our early team. You’ll be at the center of how we build and deploy investor-facing AI tools—supporting both the structure behind our product and the systems that bring it to market. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll help build the company’s product documentation, client onboarding flows, and internal QA infrastructure. Your ability to think critically, write clearly, and operate across product and implementation tasks will directly shape our success.
