As we expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated AI Intern to help drive the adoption of various AI productivity tools, across the business, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot. Key Responsibilities * Research and learn new AI productivity tools and the new capabilities released in the current AI tools at Victra. * Serve as an AI Champion, educating business users on key features and productivity benefits of various tools, especially within the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.). * Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging training sessions, lunch & learns, and workshops in in-person, virtual, and recorded formats tailored to different departments and use cases. * Create clear, engaging, user-friendly documentation, videos, and quick-start guides to support AI adoption. * Gather business stakeholders' feedback and summarize insights to improve training content and inform AI productivity tool adoption strategy. * Participate in Victra's internal AI forum to share insights from various AI tools and help prioritize new AI productivity tools roll-out * Support the AI Strategy team leadership in evaluating the effectiveness of tools by helping collect data and define success metrics. * Scout and communicate emerging AI trends and share relevant developments and suggestions with the team to help drive innovation and continued learning. * Collaborate with the training department to ensure the long-term enablement of employees on AI tools and capabilities. * Help track the progress of AI initiatives and help maintain the internal AI roadmap. Qualifications * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and an interest in AI-powered productivity solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, relatable terms. * Enthusiasm for teaching others and helping them discover and adopt productivity boosting technology. * Curiosity and passion for learning about emerging technology and innovation trends, especially AI and digital productivity tools. * Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative to work independently and in a team environment. Be open to feedback and direction * Creative problem-solver who can identify opportunities for digital tools to streamline business processes Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a training, support, or enablement role (campus jobs are acceptable). * Interest in AI product management, enterprise software tools, or digital transformation. * Experience creating engaging content, tutorials, or user guides that simplify content. * Familiarity with learning design principles or experience with instructional content.
