What You’ll Do

• Explore, ideate, and implement AI-driven UX.
• Iterate and improve models with a focus on business impact.
• Contribute to the core product and company direction.
• Ensure outputs are clear, well-structured, and polished
• Help shape the technical direction and best practices for LLM application development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience coding in Python.
• Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM fundamentals
• Strong experience working with LLMs, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Comfort building, deploying, and scaling ML pipelines in production.
• A strong bias for action and continuous learning.
• A deep interest in the latest open-source models and AI advancements.
