Responsibilities -

• Build Intelligent Agents: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of responsive AI agents that interact effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Enhance Learning from Interaction: Work on systems that allow agents to learn and improve through user interactions and feedback using techniques like supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
• Voice & Speech Integration: Collaborate on building low-latency, lifelike voice experiences using cutting-edge transcription, synthesis, and multimodal models.
• Simulation & Testing: Help develop and maintain simulation environments and benchmarking tools (like 𝜏-Bench) to evaluate agent performance in diverse and challenging situations
• Experiment & Innovate: Explore new ideas in ML and emerging technologies. Prototype solutions that push the boundaries of product capabilities

Required Skills

• Solid ML Foundation: 2–5 years of hands-on experience applying machine learning in production or research settings. Comfortable with model training, evaluation, and data pipelines
• Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and product stakeholders
• Self-Starter Attitude: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Engineering Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with development workflows. Experience with Go or Typescript is a plus but not required
• Production-Ready Thinking: Some experience deploying ML models and maintaining reliable data/ML pipelines in production environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with LLMs, transformer-based architectures, or generative models
• Exposure to conversational AI, speech interfaces, or voice-based applications
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or self-supervised learning
• Experience designing experiments or benchmarking ML systems
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate research into product value
