Requirements:

• You are an expert developer and a motivated AI enthusiast
• Expert-level knowledge of modern AI technologies and tools (at least 1 year of experience, with examples to show)
• Strong development background (at least 4 years of experience, with examples to show)
• Able to show functioning examples of developing AI-based functionality (for example: conversational chatbots, matching algorithms, content generation tools, etc.)
• Articles/publications/personal blog/YouTube channel on AI-related subjects or AI projects portfolio would be a plus

Technical Requirements:

• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• APIs: REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OpenAPI / Swagger
• AI Tools & APIs (one or more): OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Claude, Ollama
• Vector Search (advantageous): Pinecone, Qdrant, Supabase Vector
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Authentication: Auth0, Firebase Auth, JWT
• Automation & Workflow: Make.com, Zapier, Airplane.dev

Not required, but it’s a big plus if you have:

• GitHub repos showing AI project code
• A working demo or hosted app
• Examples of custom GPT-powered chatbots; Matching algorithms; AI content generators.

Responsibilities:

• Stay current on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the company’s needs.
• Implement AI-driven features (e.g., chatbots, content generation tools, matching algorithms) from prototype to production.
• Set standards and processes dev and PM teams for AI-driven development and product management
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business processes and each team’s workflow.
• Train and educate team members on AI tools and techniques appropriate for their department.
• Implement AI solutions across departments with clear metrics to measure efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations for all AI initiatives.
