We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The AI Specialist will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance business processes, streamline decision-making, and improve customer service both internally and externally. This role requires a strong background in IT, with hands-on experience in data analytics and project management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a business context.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI strategies to optimize business operations and enhance decision-making processes.
• Analyze large data sets and create comprehensive reports using data tables to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into various business functions, including customer service, marketing, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and recommend adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to create reports using data tables.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reporting Structure

The AI Specialist will report directly to the Vice President of IT.
