Job Description

  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Set up robust A/B tests to validate and optimize model performance.
  • Ensure data quality and readiness for AI applications.
  • Build and maintain APIs and automate workflows using Azure, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
  • Explore and implement LLM apps with Agents, MCP, RAG, vector Search, and real-time AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with various departments to embed AI into day-to-day processes.
  • Lead by example, mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new tools and trends in AI.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Champion engineering excellence and agile ways of working.
  • Design and develop AI/ML solutions for real-world challenges.
  • Validate models through experimentation, including A/B testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and business teams.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and model interpretability.
  • Integrate models into production workflows and monitor their performance.
  • Explore emerging GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, and real-time ML.
  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Contribute to the evolution of my client AI maturity roadmap.
  • Actively share knowledge and mentor team members.
  • Develop reusable AI components and scalable architecture.
  • Constantly research and test innovative tools, frameworks, and practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field (bonus if combined with Economics).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or AI Engineer role.
  • Minimum 2 years of focused experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Proficient in Python(Advance level), SQL, Azure, and Databricks.
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Terraform, or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
