Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy AI Automation Specialist & Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n and Make.com, a strong grasp of the latest AI tools, and a passion for teaching. This role involves both developing automation solutions and training our students to leverage these tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n and Make.com to optimize internal processes and client solutions.
• AI Tool Integration: Stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies, integrating them into our curriculum and internal projects.
• Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentorship for students, focusing on practical applications of AI and automation tools.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update course materials, ensuring content remains current with industry trends.
• Project Oversight: Guide students through hands-on projects, providing technical support and ensuring successful project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and AI tools.
• Proficiency in automation platforms like n8n and Make.com.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a teaching or training role(Bonus).
• Certifications in relevant AI or automation tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
