We’re looking for an AI, Automation & Integration Specialist to join our client delivery team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll work directly with clients to design, integrate, and automate complex workflows powered by modern AI capabilities and browser-based automation. This is a client-facing consulting role—and your ability to guide stakeholders, shape solutions, and lead technical delivery will be key to your success.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical consultant to high-value clients, helping shape and implement AI and automation solutions tailored to their business
• Integrate core components of our AI and workflow automation stack into client environments
• Deploy and manage Chromium-based Docker containers to support real-time web automation using Playwright
• Translate business needs into structured processes and scalable technical workflows
• Build and maintain API-based integrations using Python, cURL, and service-oriented architecture
• Support the design and documentation of client workflows using BPMN or equivalent tools
• Lead and mentor offshore or onshore teams through project delivery when required
• Ensure robust, secure, and observable automation pipelines in production environments

🧠 What You Bring

• Expert experience in automation and integration solution delivery
• Client-facing consulting experience is essential, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Deep proficiency in Javascript, Python andAPI-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Chromium automation within Dockerized environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical and business-facing contexts
• Familiarity with structured process modelling (e.g., BPMN)
• Ability to operate autonomously while working across multiple clients and delivery streams
• Experience leading consulting teams, either onshore or offshore, is highly advantageous

• Exposure to container orchestration or serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda, Docker Compose)
