The Software Engineer will be a key player in our organization’s digital transformation journey, combining technical expertise with process optimization, training, and client-facing responsibilities.

This role requires a unique blend of skills across software development, process engineering, automation, and learning & development.

It will specifically focus on supporting the Sales team’s efforts to enhance sales processes and facilitate improvements through digital transformation initiatives.

About The Job

Key Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions to transform sales processes digitally.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using no-code and low-code platforms specifically for Operations.
• Perform end-to-end process analysis and improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency within sales processes.
• Develop scalable and sustainable software solutions (front-end and back-end) to support automation initiatives focused on Sales.
• Lead and conduct training programs to upskill the Operations team in AI tools, process engineering, and automation technologies.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to the Operations team, assisting them with process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for the Operations team on effectively implementing AI and automation technologies.
• Demonstrate our homegrown software tools, assisting the Operations team in integrating these tools into their workflows to achieve measurable improvements.
• Provide ongoing technical and strategic support to the Operations team for continuous improvement and enhancement of their processes.

Skills And Experience

Essential Skills:

• Candidates should possess experience or a strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI).
• Comprehensive AI training will be provided, along with certification from Vjal Institute, to ensure proficiency in the required skills. Additionally, you will benefit from extensive AI training from our visionary founder.
• Knowledge in PHP, VueJS, Laravel, Node.js, Typescript, Javascript, Tailwind CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results in cross-functional teams.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on team success.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with degree relevant to IT/Software Development
• Experience in process engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
