Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles.

Duties
Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks
Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them become self-organized
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
Experience in software development projects
Proficiency in tools like TFS and Excel for project tracking
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT governance, and requirements gathering
Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies such as Kanban and Waterfall
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
