Summary

  • Role: Agile Scrum Master – Lead
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, local)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate 3 agile teams under a unified program
  • Use Agility toolsets to improve team velocity and performance
  • Transition teams from working with Kanban to Sprint-based delivery
  • Guide architecture, cloud engineering, and strategy teams to build and align sprint boards
  • Act as the mediator between diverse teams while driving cohesion
  • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to existing processes
  • Act as Scrum Master and de facto Product Owner, defining priorities with leadership and tech teams
  • Run all core Scrum ceremonies and serve as the agile compass across the initiative
  • Thrive in an environment without traditional Product Managers or Owners
  • PI Planning experience is a plus

What We're Looking For

  • Stable work history
  • Proven experience working closely with technical teams
  • Spring experience and a Product Owner background are non-negotiable
  • Solid understanding and application of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Hands-on experience using Agility as a tool

Nice-to-Haves

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Cross-industry agility is a bonus, prior airline industry experience is not essential.
