Day to day:

• Technical lifecycle management for SQL, more organizational and project management related. This is an Agile and Scrum master who is leading the technical Lifecyle management. When there are new versions and releases for SQL and doing communications and follow up with App owners. Need someone who has an unbiased approach to keep everyone on task.
• This person will drive the team. The personality fit is the most important but also need someone who has the technical background within IT.
• Need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with strict deadlines and possess good communication skills. Core focus is to take over migrating SQL 2016 to 2022.
• This is a global migration with 2,700 databases to migrate. The project was started in early 2024 and was slow moving. The hiring manager is not hung up on certifications as long as someone has good communication and project management skills that's more important.

Must have:

• Microsoft Project experience, Need to have IT background (Infrastructure Lifecycle management and application release management is where this team is focused), Project Management experience and customer/stakeholder management experience.
