This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Must be local as this role will require you to be in the office at least 2 days/week. W2 only please. No 3rd parties.

Must Have

• Experience working in a hybrid Scrum master and Project Manager role
• Over 8 years of project management experience with a focus on technology delivery, execution and process improvement initiatives
• Must have experience in data related projects.
• Act as Agile mentor
• Apply Scrum framework for project execution and delivery
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the software development life cycle
• Serve as Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager on one or more Agile Teams while simultaneously teaching and reinforcing best practices
• Big plus if you are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
