Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager, 12 months, Southampton, £575 - £625 per day inside IR35

Contract role for an Agile Project Delivery Manager to champion agile processes & lead the end to end delivery of key technology projects.

The office is based in Southampton and client have a fixed hybrid working pattern which is 3 days per week in the Southampton office and 2 days remote working. This is a fixed pattern, so please do not apply if you cannot work in Southampton 3 days per week.

Candidates will need to have the following experience:

• Delivery Manager, Project or Programme Manager working in a complex technical environment
• Worked both Agile / Scrum and Waterfall environments, you could use the term Wagile, Agile Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead or dual Project Manager & Scrum Master
• Coaching and championing cross functional project teams through Agile Transformations
• Technology project delivery experience in agile delivery approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc)
• Worked for an enterprise company related to retail, B2C or customer systems (airlines, travel etc) or related technology field

You will need to have the following availability:

• Available to be on site 3 days per week in Southampton
• Start within 2-week notice of offer
• Able to work inside IR35 via an umbrella company
