Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and tools.

Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.

Proven track record of implementing and scaling Agile practices in complex environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.

SAFE Certification is Must
