• Full-time: Approx. 40 hours/week (30 hours in school + 10 hours in YMCA activities)

About the Role:

As a Cultural Agent, you’ll support English education in local public schools, co-teaching with Colombian teachers while designing playful and immersive learning experiences. You’ll also engage in community development initiatives through YMCA programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-teach English using dynamic and gamified methodologies
• Create and lead intercultural learning spaces
• Participate in extracurricular YMCA programs (e.g., clubs, camps, workshops)
• Represent your culture and immerse yourself in Colombian traditions
