Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales technical support and fault diagnosis guidance for automotive products to overseas customers (dealers and service stations);
• Respond to and resolve technical issues encountered by customers during product usage, through remote support or on-site troubleshooting;
• Coordinate with internal departments such as R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to assist in driving product improvement and issue resolution;
• Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, including technical analysis reports and diagnostic guides;
• Conduct regular technical training for overseas customers, both online and on-site, to enhance their repair capabilities and service quality;
• Collect and analyze after-sales failure data from overseas markets, perform trend analysis, and propose improvement suggestions.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
• Over 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales service, technical support, or quality-related roles; prior experience in overseas support is preferred;
• Familiar with automotive structure, electrical systems, CAN communication, and diagnostic systems;
• Fluent in English, capable of communicating effectively with overseas clients; strong technical communication and presentation skills;
• Hands-on, with strong independent problem-solving ability, and willing to travel abroad for short-term assignments;
• Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and customer service awareness.
