Summary

BMS TK Medikal - Dentium, a leading dental implant company, is seeking a talented Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth in the Turkey, Middle East and Africa region.


You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues ( CBCT, Dental chairs, Surgic Implant Motor, CAD CAM machines, ) and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Technical Proficiency: Possess intermediate-level software skills with a strong grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript and C#.

Problem-Solving: Independently troubleshoot and resolve equipment and customer issues.

Hands-on Experience: Complete installations and related tasks autonomously.

Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve software, network, and mechanical problems.

Customer Support: Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and customer service.

Reporting: Generate reports on campaigns and field test studies.


You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues ( CBCT, Dental chairs, Surgic Implant Motor, CAD CAM machines) and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical expertise and support for our dental implant products.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and resolve complex technical issues SW & HW.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers to schedule on-site service calls as needed.
  • Conduct product installations and training.
  • Analyze customer data and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Dentistry Sector: Basic understanding of dental procedures, equipment, and workflows is preferred.
  • Experience in providing technical support in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Strong research skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally for customer training, equipment installation, or other business-related purposes.
