Summary

As we grow, we're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our strategic affiliate and publisher network. Work remotely or hybrid from beautiful downtown Salt Lake City, UT.


This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving lead generation, and creating win-win partnerships that fuel revenue growth.


What You’ll Own

  • Lead Affiliate Growth: Build and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and sign high-potential affiliate and publisher partners.
  • Prospect with Purpose: Develop a robust pipeline of partners aligned with our brand and performance goals.
  • Negotiate with Confidence: Structure deals that balance ROI with long-term value—always with compliance in mind.
  • Own Onboarding: Ensure new partners are set up for success through seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Drive Results: Monitor performance metrics, optimize for ROI, and report on key growth KPIs.
  • Scale for Impact: Continuously evolve our affiliate strategy to unlock new growth channels and revenue opportunities.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in business development or strategic partnerships in the affiliate space.
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline, close deals, and maintain performance-driven partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
