Helm is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate & Banner Program Manager to help drive the success of Stellantis' expanding garage network. In this key role, you'll manage a wide network of independent repair garages, ensuring high performance, service excellence, and strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Garage Network Management

  • Oversee and support a network of partner garages, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with garage partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Organize training sessions, technical workshops, and support initiatives to drive partner performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize garage operations to improve service quality and efficiency.

Strategic Network Growth

  • Assist in crafting strategies to expand and strengthen the North American garage network.
  • Identify and onboard high-quality garage partners that meet company criteria.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Performance Tracking & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, operations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive corrective actions when needed and ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.
  • Serve as a key liaison, sharing insights and feedback to improve overall service delivery and network efficiency.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide senior leadership with regular performance updates, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance current processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in network or partner coordination—automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage external partnerships and drive operational success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
