Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to support HW4 embedded system development. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team working on advanced aerospace and avionics software solutions, focusing on safety-critical systems in compliance with DO-178 standards. This role demands deep expertise in software engineering practices, real-time operating systems, and hands-on development of embedded applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Control Data Coupling analysis to ensure efficient data flow and control structure between software modules.
• Conduct Object-Oriented Technology (OOT) Compliant Analysis to design scalable and maintainable software components.
• Prepare and maintain SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and SDD (Software Design Description) documents aligned with regulatory and quality standards.
• Apply detailed knowledge of the DO-178B/C software certification process in the aerospace domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and integrate software solutions for HW4.
• Engage in full SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and verification.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphics Technologies: Exposure to OpenGL, Vulkan, or similar APIs for rendering and visualization.
• RTOS Knowledge: Familiarity with Deos or other Real-Time Operating Systems used in avionics or aerospace.
• Experience working in Agile or V-model software development environments.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
