Role Description

These will be full time roles at Anchora.

Adobe CJA/AA Developer (Customer Journey Analytics/Adobe Analytics):

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure data collection strategies using Adobe Analytics/CJA
• Create and maintain tagging architectures (via Adobe Launch/Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK)
• Develop custom metrics, dimensions, and calculated metrics
• Build and optimize dashboards and visualization workspaces
• Configure segments and audiences for analysis
• Perform QA testing on analytics implementations
• Troubleshoot data collection issues
• Create documentation for analytics solutions

Adobe AJO/CDP Developer (Adobe Journey Optimizer/Customer Data Platform)

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage customer profiles and identity resolution
• Design and implement real-time customer journeys and campaigns
• Develop personalization rules and content variations
• Set up and optimize decision management frameworks
• Configure event triggers and response handling
• Implement and manage segment activation across channels
• Develop data governance policies within AJO/CDP
• Create and maintain API integrations with external systems
• Test and optimize journey performance metrics

Adobe AEP Architect (Adobe Experience Platform)

Responsibilities:

• Design overall data architecture strategy for the organization
• Define data models, schemas, and taxonomies within AEP
• Establish data governance frameworks and policies
• Plan and implement data integration strategies
• Oversee identity resolution framework implementation
• Architect end-to-end customer journey solutions
• Design real-time data activation workflows
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Provide technical leadership across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
• Create system integration architecture diagrams
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions within the Adobe ecosystem

At least 2 years of experience needed for each tool.
