As an Aegis Computer Network Technician working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will be assigned to be part of our experienced technical team at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) in Wallops, Island, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AEGIS Computer Network systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot combat systems using various equipment
• Perform comprehensive equipment and system level maintenance on any of following:
• Baselines - 3.6/4.0/5.0 BMD, 5.3, 7.2, 9A, 9C, 9D and 9E:
• MCE cabinets
• AN/UYK-43
• AN/UYK-44
• ADS all variants
• MK cabinets
• DIVDS
• ACTS
• ATD
• SMILES
• AN/USH-26
  

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years demonstrated experience assessing, troubleshooting, and performing corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance on AEGIS Computer Network systems and equipment
• Demonstrated experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the UYQ-70 or COTS Computer/Display Systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field/discipline; or 4 additional years of demonstrated experience as outline above can be substituted for a degree
• DoD secret level clearance
• PQS 301 required. If the selected candidate is not PQS 301 qualified, he/she will be required to obtain PQS 301 qualification within the first 3 months of employment
