Safetymax helps businesses prepare and respond to emergency situations that can affect their people and property. Our solution includes first aid supplies, preparedness kits, AEDs and CPR training. We serve a national clientele, and our customers are large U.S. businesses.

Job Summary:

Our typical customer has between 5-50 business locations throughout the U.S. Some with international operations. Your primary responsibility is to help our clients maintain their AEDs so the equipment is rescue ready and in compliance. You would be working very closely with client program managers, site contacts, internal staff and field service technicians. The job requires a tremendous amount of organization, administrative, analytical and follow up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Your work will focus on three main areas: Program Implementation, Ongoing AED Program Management, and Client Support.

Program Implementation

  • Onboard new AED program clients and ensure smooth transitions
  • Set up and configure AED management software
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation

Ongoing AED Program Management

  • Monitor expiration dates for AED pads and batteries; provide quotes, coordinate orders, and ensure updates in the system
  • Maintain AED management software with accurate data (site locations, contacts, device info)
  • Manage AED audits and reconcile discrepancies for full-service and remote clients

Client Support

  • Provide exceptional support and problem-solving for AED-related issues
  • Process client orders including new AEDs, subscription renewals, service add-ons, and related supplies
  • Conduct annual AED reviews and provide program reports to our clients
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, including international sourcing
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with field technicians, customers and internal staff.
  • Problem solve conflicts and other obstacles that arise with clients.
  • Participate and engage in the account onboarding, planning and the business review process with our clients.

Experience Required:

  • Previous program/ account management experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • In a past role which required analyzing, problem solving and making recommendations.
  • In a role that required extensive organization, follow up and client communication.
  • A 4 year college degree (preferred)

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural task management and follow up tendencies.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and technology in general
  • Natural ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to think quick on your feet and overcome objections.
  • Resourceful
  • Relationship building skills.
