Job Description
We are currently searching for Advisory Services Project Manager to join our Strategic Advisory Services group in our Vancouver office.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to help grow the team, provide leadership to more junior staff, and get exposed to a variety of strategic advisory projects. You will have many opportunities to collaborate with talented people throughout the organization. You will provide integrated asset and climate advisory services to client organizations, managing projects, developing strategies, plans, and decision-making frameworks, conducting organizational and infrastructure assessments and analysis, and advising on strategic considerations. These considerations include capital investment needs, climate resilience, operations and maintenance strategies, strategic and operational risks, disaster response, regulatory compliance, performance management, business process improvement, data management, and strategic alignment.
Job Requirements
- A strategic and systems thinking mindset grounded in a technical understanding of community services and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to successfully problem-solve, integrate the big picture, and deliver operational improvements to clients.
- Ability to market to and manage clients.
- A diploma or undergraduate degree in engineering, planning, business management, or a related discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- 10+ years of experience in advisory services, infrastructure decision-making, investment planning, and/or business process improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of advisory or multi-disciplinary project management.
- Experience in project management related to infrastructure asset management, climate adaptation planning, community/infrastructure risk management, or similar.
- Experience working with diverse teams, including engineers, planners, operations and maintenance staff, managers, and senior leadership.
- Understanding and experience with asset management, climate resiliency, and engagement and facilitation practices and standards would be an asset.
- Possession of market intelligence and a demonstrated network of clients in the lower mainland would be an asset.
- Certifications in engagement, asset management, sustainability, or change management would be an asset.
- Experience with enterprise asset management software would be an asset.
- Data analysis and visualization skills would be an asset.

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
