Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager / BD Executive with a strong background in digital media ad sales, especially in programmatic media buying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through ad sales to agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through sales of digital advertising solutions, with a focus on programmatic media buying.
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads from agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Identify client needs and tailor programmatic advertising solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal strategy, trading, and campaign teams to deliver proposals and close deals.
  • Develop deep relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and marketing heads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably with expertise in programmatic advertising or performance marketing.
  • Strong network of contacts within digital agencies and brand advertisers in India.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
