Designed to meet this need, the Advancement Institute provides individuals with the knowledge and necessary skills to advance their careers. Learners aim to develop business savvy, technical expertise, and leadership skills, earning a certificate for each program completed. This opportunity is for someone who can bring this vision to life. The person will oversee the planning, development, curriculum sourcing, and implementation of the Advancement Institute. Identify, engage, and onboard trainers and facilitators while overseeing marketing and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including budgeting, revenue, and expenses.
