Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in database management, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting. Proficiency in donor database software (Chartwell uses Little Green Light) Strong knowledge of data entry, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with gift processing, pledge tracking, and acknowledgment procedures. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external constituents. Proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs and Sheets Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to the mission and values of Chartwell School. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an educational institution or nonprofit development office. Knowledge of fundraising and advancement operations.
