Our new beautiful, state-of-the-art dental clinic is currently under construction and will open for patient care in July 2025. Why Work for Us * Enjoy meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth * Provide culturally sensitive oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and advocate for access for all What We Offer * Ability to practice at the top of scope of practice (full staff of Hygienists on team) * Professional development opportunities * Comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance; 401k plus company match * Flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance; Paid time off Advanced Dental Therapist Procedures * ADTs are empowered and supported to practice at the top of their scope of practice to include but not limited to: * Wide range of operative cases as well as limited exam and recall exam * Pediatric procedures including pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers and primary tooth extractions * Permanent tooth stainless steel crowns * Extraction of class III mobile permanent teeth Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients * Conduct oral evaluation and assessment of dental disease and the formation of an individualized treatment plan authorized by a collaborating dentist. * Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options * Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care * Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records Qualifications * Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry * CPR/AED Certificate * Experience working with children and culturally diverse patients preferred St. Paul Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:20am - 4:00pm Friday 7:20am - 2:00pm About Us At Community Dental Care, we provide high quality dental care in a caring, culturally respectful manner.
