Join Us as an Advanced CNC Program Developer

Are you passionate about precision machining? As an Advanced CNC Program Developer, you will design and refine CNC programs that maximize efficiency and precision. You will be integral in machining intricate geometries using advanced machinery with minimal oversight.

Your Daily Endeavors

  • Create and verify CNC programs to produce high-tolerance components on multi-axis machining center.
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery when required.
  • Select tools and implement setup sheets for both new and existing jobs.
  • Adjust programs to enhance performance and adapt to new production criteria.
  • Keep meticulous records of CNC programs and tooling specifics per operation.
  • Train machinists on program operations and offer technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production for product developments and modifications.
  • Solve DNC system challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with our core values.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed.

Qualifications Needed

  • Degree in CNC programming or equivalent education/experience.
  • Over 5 years of CNC programming experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
  • Ability to read complex engineering documentation.
  • Experience with G and M codes, multi-axis machining, and lathe operations.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • MS Office proficiency.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs.
  • Stand/walk for extended periods.
