You Are:
The product manager role is essential in guiding the AI Refinery product development lifecycle. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, an understanding of market trends, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a product manager, you will manage AI Refinery products from concept to launch, addressing customer needs by establishing the appropriate strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. You will collaborate closely with Advanced Research teams and Engineering teams to build the AI Refinery product portfolio.
The Work:
Define the overall product roadmap
Define and manage a comprehensive plan outlining, direction, priorities, and progress of a product over time, including vision and strategy, articulating the long-term goals and the strategic path to achieve them; Feature Prioritization; Timeline and Stakeholder management.
Identify opportunities to fill gaps
Proactively identifying opportunities to fill product gaps, constantly monitor the market landscape and listen to customer feedback to uncover unmet needs and potential improvements.
Continuously Innovate
Bring and encourage creative thinking and foster a culture of innovation within the product team. Support research to bring the latest research and innovations to reality.
Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes
The more hands-on aspect of the role involves translating the overarching product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and eventually the final product. Communicate and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Grow market share and improving customer experience
Identify opportunities to grow market share and enhance the customer experience. Understand the market and the ability to craft strategies that align with the AI Refinery and Accenture's long-term goals. Place the customer at the center of all product decisions and ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
Support Sales efforts
Support AI Refinery leadership in sales effort, help and enable account teams to understand the value of AI Refinery. Support accounts in client conversations
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's what you need
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related backgrounds
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with platform products.
Bonus points if you have
* 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, machine learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
* Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
