Essential job tasks

JD – Functional Consultant Lead – ADP / UKG / Workforce Management

• 8+ years of experience as a functional consultant in implementing and managing integrations ADP Payroll, UKG work force management, Workday and ERP applications, especially on integration of Workday to UKG and ADP WFM
• Specialized in designing and testing ADP, UKG and Workday integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in Workforce management tool/HCM tool including modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Keeping.
• Proven project experience and a solid understanding of Workday, UKG and ADP Reports, input & outputs
• Strong knowledge and experience in various testing methodologies.
• Ability to understand business requirements independently
• 3+ years of experience in testing WFM system upgrades and customizations, especially from end to end perspective for all integrations
• Ability to design business acceptance test cases and design test data, conduct business testing
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments for getting required workflows, test data, and scheduling discussion and business testing for upgrades and changes
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case uploads, defect management, reporting & dashboards creation, and traceability (preferred).
• Creation & Review of test artifacts and other business / project documents, identify process gaps and work to improvements.
• Experience in estimation, project planning, defect triaging and reporting to stakeholders
• Ability to SPOC for WFM integrations & Operations on the project and share risks, mitigation plan and follow up until closure.
• Formulate, capture, analyze and monitor project and quality metrics. Identify the gaps and perform analysis (5 Whys, fishbone etc.)
